1. Requirements

2. Important Information
Before submitting your application, please review the server rules and understand how to navigate our wiki. This will help you better understand the environment in which you’ll serve as a Tutor.
3. Role and Responsibilities
As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing assistance to players. Your messages will be highlighted in orange text for easy visibility.
Key Responsibilities

| Respond to Game-Related Inquiries | Provide clear and accurate answers to player questions. You may share detailed information, such as quest details or specific game mechanics. |
| Monitor In-Game and Discord Channels | Regularly check the Help Channel and relevant support sections on Discord. If no other Tutor is available, it is your responsibility to assist. |
4. Limitations
| Limitation | Description |
|---|---|
| Tutors Do Not Enforce Server Rules | Tutors do not have administrative powers (e.g., banning). However, you can report abuses just like any other player. |
| No Player Interrogation | Players are not obligated to respond to your questions. If someone chooses not to share information, respect their decision. |
5. Code of Conduct
As a Tutor, you are an ambassador of Realesta and significantly influence the server’s atmosphere. The following guidelines will help you fulfill your duties with respect and professionalism:

| Be Concise and Clear | Strive to keep your answers brief and understandable. Avoid lengthy explanations in the help channel. |
| Be Precise | Communicate in clear English (or another language if needed). |
| Be Respectful | Treat players and other Tutors with respect. Resolve any disagreements in private Tutor channels. |
| Exemplify Realera Values | Lead by following the server rules. Violating these guidelines may result in the removal of your Tutor status. |
