Would you like to share your knowledge of Realesta and help others succeed? Join our team of Tutors and make a real impact on the community by supporting players in their daily challenges!
1. Requirements
Before applying, ensure you meet the following:

2. Important Information
Please review the server rules and familiarize yourself with our wiki. This will help you understand the environment in which you’ll serve as a Tutor.
3. Role and Responsibilities
As a Tutor, your messages are highlighted in orange for easy visibility.
Key Responsibilities

| Monitor In-Game and Discord Channels | Regularly check the Help Channel and support sections. If no other Tutor is available, you must assist. |
4. Limitations

| Tutors Do Not Enforce Server Rules | Tutors lack administrative powers (e.g., banning) but can report abuses like any player. |
| No Player Interrogation | Players are not required to share information. Respect their decision if they decline. |
5. Code of Conduct
As a Tutor, you are an ambassador of Realesta. Follow these guidelines to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere:

| Be Respectful | Treat players and Tutors with respect. Resolve issues privately with fellow Tutors. |
| Exemplify Realera Values | Uphold server rules. Violating these guidelines may result in removal of Tutor status. |
