Tutor Duties

As a tutor, your main role is to answer questions about Realesta in the Help Channel and Discord channels. Tutor responses appear in orange text, setting them apart for easy identification.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility	Description
Answer Game-Related Questions	Respond to player questions truthfully and accurately. Tutors are free to choose whether to answer in-depth questions, such as quest details.
Monitor Help Channel and Support Boards	Stay alert in the Help Channel and check Support boards for unanswered questions. If no other tutors are active, be prepared to assist.

Limitations

Limitation	Description
Tutors Don’t Enforce Rules	You can't ban or note players, but you can report players like any other user.
No Player Interrogation	Players aren’t required to answer tutor questions, so respect their choice to withhold information.

Code of Conduct

Rule	Description
Be Polite	Stay calm and professional, even if players are rude. Avoid arguments and set a positive example.
Be Calm	Take your time with answers. It’s better to leave an extra question than to rush.
Be Brief	Answer clearly and concisely. If a question turns into a chat, move the conversation to the world chat.
Be Precise	Use clear English, and feel free to switch languages if it’s easier for both parties.
Be Respectful	Treat players and fellow tutors with respect. Keep disagreements within tutor channels.
Be a Model Realera Player	Lead by example, follow the game rules, and remember that violations can result in the loss of your tutor role.
