Would you like to share your knowledge of Realesta and help others succeed? Join our team of Tutors and make a real impact on the community by supporting players in their daily challenges!

1. Requirements

Before applying, ensure you meet the following:

Requirement	Description
Knowledge of Realesta	Possess extensive knowledge of the server’s content, updates, and changes.
Activity	Be active in the community, with enough availability to answer player questions promptly.

2. Important Information

Please review the server rules and familiarize yourself with our wiki. This will help you understand the environment in which you’ll serve as a Tutor.

3. Role and Responsibilities

As a Tutor, your messages are highlighted in orange for easy visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility	Description
Respond to Game-Related Inquiries	Provide clear, accurate answers to player questions, including quests and game mechanics.
Monitor In-Game and Discord Channels	Regularly check the Help Channel and support sections. If no other Tutor is available, you must assist.

4. Limitations

Limitation	Description
Tutors Do Not Enforce Server Rules	Tutors lack administrative powers (e.g., banning) but can report abuses like any player.
No Player Interrogation	Players are not required to share information. Respect their decision if they decline.

5. Code of Conduct

As a Tutor, you are an ambassador of Realesta. Follow these guidelines to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere:

Rule	Description
Maintain Professionalism	Stay calm, courteous, and lead by example. Avoid conflicts or arguments.
Be Calm	Take time to clarify and give accurate answers. Move long discussions to world chat if needed.
Be Concise and Clear	Keep answers brief and understandable. Use help channels for direct responses.
Be Precise	Communicate clearly in English (or another language if necessary).
Be Respectful	Treat players and Tutors with respect. Resolve issues privately with fellow Tutors.
Exemplify Realera Values	Uphold server rules. Violating these guidelines may result in removal of Tutor status.
