Name: Crystal Wand Quest
Location: Coldwind
Reward: 6 Sudden Death Rune, Crystal Wand, access to Coldwind Hell.
Monsters: Elf Arcanists, Dragons, Warlocks.

Requirements:

1). Get the Crystal Wand and go to NPC Legis following the maps and say.

Conversation:

Player:	hi
Legis:	Stop right there Player! You have no idea what evils the fortress ahead of you contains. I don't think you will survive facing the mages that reside there, unless you can prove me otherwise...
Player:	crystal wand
Legis:	Okay, i can see you're an experienced adventurer and you will be more than able to fight the mages. You may pass now.
