1). Get the Crystal Wand and go to NPC Legis following the maps and say.

Conversation:

Player:	hi
Legis:	Stop right there Player! You have no idea what evils the fortress ahead of you contains. I don't think you will survive facing the mages that reside there, unless you can prove me otherwise...
Player:	crystal wand
Legis:	Okay, i can see you're an experienced adventurer and you will be more than able to fight the mages. You may pass now.

2). Now you have full acces to Warlocks Spawn Coldwind, Infernalists Spawn Coldwind and Coldwind Dungeon.
