Location: Coldwind
Reward: 6 Sudden Death Rune, Crystal Wand, access to Coldwind Hell.
Monsters: Elf Arcanists, Dragons, Warlocks.

1). Get the Crystal Wand and go to NPC Legis following the maps and say.
