Black Knight Villa is the residence of the Black Knight. The owner himself resides in the underground, and the entrance to his villa is not guarded by any guards. However, only a few are capable of defeating the Black Knight and seeing his treasures. The place is just as grim as its owner. Rumor has it that Beholders lurk in the crypts. You can read about it in notes scattered both outside and inside the Black Knight Villa. There are tales that the Black Knight left his royal armor and royal shields in the vaults of his house.
