Making:

• Go to the elf fortress, Shadowthorn:

• Then climb the walls and go to the small island where you go down.

• In the sacrificial hall, you will be able to meet elves including some Elf Arcanists, and very rarely Dharalion.

• To complete the quest, climb to the very top of the tower below.

• Along the way there will also be troops of elves waiting for us, and Dragons if we descend the stone stairs.
