| Description: | As its name suggests, this spell is the ultimate weapon in a wizard's arsenal. Using the most powerful forces in the universe, a wizard can unleash a terrifying explosion whose devastating effect and range surpass all other spells. The sheer destructive power of the maximum explosion is so strong that it can instantly kill all but the most powerful creatures that come within its immense range. For this reason, it must be used with extreme caution. More than one well-meaning wizard has accidentally fried friends in their group. Worse still, the immense physical and mental stress leaves the wizard crippled and drained of mana. A poorly used maximum explosion spell can be the last thing a wizard can do before being torn to pieces in the heat of battle. Due to its high mana consumption, only the most experienced among wizards can learn this spell. It can be learned at the famous Edron Academy of Magic.
