To buy house you must stand in front of the door of the selected house in the game and type the command !buyhouse
The most important conditions to be able to buy a house are:
1. You need a Golden Account.
(You don't lose your home when your golden account ends)
2. You need enough money.
3. The house must be empty.
4. You can only have one house, If you want another one you must leave previous.
5. You need atleast 3 level.
To sell house stand in this house like on the screen and type !sellhouse BUYER NAME, buyer must stand infront your house.
The trade window should appear.
To leave house stand in this house and type !leavehouse, if you don't remove items it will go to house city depot.
