Monsters: Rats, Cave Rats.
Spoiler:
- Head to the bank in Thais. There are sewers near it, go inside. Follow west to the end of the corridor, then go south.
- Go to the end of the corridor and on the right side 3 steps from the wall dig a hole with a Pick, enter it and don't forget the Rope. At the bottom you will meet 4 Cave Rats.
- Take the reward from the skeleton lying on the ground.
