To buy house you must stand in front of the door of the selected house in the game and type the command !buyhouse
The most important conditions to be able to buy a house are:

To To sell house stand in this house like on the screen and type !sellhouse BUYER NAME , buyer must stand infront your house. The trade window should appear.
