Fibula Dungeon is an underground area located on Fibula. You can access it by entering the well. The place is often crowded with people, making it hard to gain decent experience.

To descend underground, use the well.
Follow the arrow, then use the key to open the door and descend further.
Key 3940 for these doors can be purchased from Dermot for 2,000 gold coins, Or maybe you can find someone on the island willing to sell it cheaper?
