Basically you have two options to do that:
1). Sell a character on auctions with "Guild Kick" option checked, after a successful sale you will be charged a fee of 100 points.
2). Order name change in our store, go Game Store → Specials → Character Name Change and don't forget to check the option to kick from current guild.
